President Barzani participated on Wednesday in the fourth Shel and Shepk Festival, held in the Independent Administration of Zakho.

The festival was attended by a large number of people from various regions of Kurdistan and featured exhibitions highlighting the culture, heritage, and traditional costumes of different parts of Kurdistan.

During the event, President Barzani toured all sections of the festival and viewed displays showcasing the rich cultural diversity and traditions of the Kurdish people.

The festival also included a variety of artistic and cultural performances presented by artists from different regions of Kurdistan, who showcased traditional music, dance, and other cultural activities.

The Shel and Shepk Festival is regarded as an important cultural event that promotes and preserves Kurdish heritage, traditions, and national identity.
