Presidnet Barzani congratulated the Iraqi Communist Party and the Kurdistan Communist Party on the occasion of the anniversary of their founding on March 31.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, Barzani extended his warmest congratulations to the leadership, members, and supporters of both parties, wishing them continued success and stability.

Barzani praised the historical role and sacrifices made by the two communist parties in the struggle of the people of Iraq and the people of Kurdistan for freedom and in confronting dictatorship. He emphasized that their political and national contributions remain an important part of the modern political history of both Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

The Kurdish leader also highlighted the importance of cooperation and coordination among political parties to address current challenges. He stressed that joint political efforts are necessary to overcome obstacles and to prevent Iraq and the Kurdistan Region from falling into crises and tensions.

Barzani concluded his message by calling for unity and constructive dialogue among political forces in order to maintain stability and advance the interests of the people in both Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
