Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (cabinet.gov.krd) - KRG Spokesperson, Safeen Dizayee, in a statement strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Khanaqin that killed two civilians and injured others.

He extended the Kurdistan Regional Government’s condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.

Mr. Dizayee said continuing terrorist attacks in these areas call for normalization and return to security and stability.
