ERBIL - Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani has arrived in Qatar so as to attend the Munich Security Conference Core Group meeting.

During the international annual conference, expected to last for two days, leaders from various countries will be discussing the major issues of international security policy.

The Munich Security Conference (MSC) is considered to be the largest one of its kind, and it is taking place every year since 1963.

The developments in Syria and Yemen are also expected to be discussed in the meeting.
