Kurdistan Region President Extends Congratulations on Islamic New Year 1448
Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Muslims in Kurdistan, Iraq, and around the world on the occasion of Muharram and the Islamic New Year 1448.
