e-Psûle: Temporary service disruption
The KRG’s e-Psûle platform will be unavailable from 14:00 on Wednesday, April 8th, to Sunday, April 12th, 8:00 due to the ongoing migration of new customers to the new billing system.
Any payment made before the cutoff will be processed as usual.
The KRG Ministry of Electricity’s new billing system is part of the 24-hour Runaki programme, which aims to standardize the citizen experience across the Kurdistan Region and improve billing and customer service.
The KRG’s e-Psûle programme was launched by Prime Minister Masrour Barzani in February. The initiative has been approved by the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI).
