The bazaar showcases a vibrant array of locally grown and freshly harvested produce from Halabja's farms, all of which have ripened this season. From crisp cucumbers and ripe tomatoes to sweet peppers, figs, melons, and pomegranates, the market offers residents access to the highest quality, freshest goods available.

Officials cite multiple objectives for the initiative. The primary goals are to provide tangible support to the region's farmers, ensure the public has access to fresh and healthy food, guarantee fair prices for both consumers and producers, strengthen the local economy, and position the event as a potential tourist attraction.

Sumeih Noori, the market's supervisor, highlighted the project's early success. "This Friday market is an excellent opportunity for farmers to sell their harvest directly," Noori stated. "We've already seen it generate a substantial and much-needed income for our local agricultural community."

Echoing this sentiment, one participating farmer shared his experience: "We go early in the morning to bring our produce—cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, figs, melons, pomegranates—and we sell it all here. This market provides us with a very good income."
