Fazl Mirani's Message on the Occasion of the 44th Anniversary of the Gulan Revolution
As the Gulan Revolution unfolded, the enemies of our people gambled on eradicating the revolution and leaving no hope for the people of Kurdistan.
The Gulan Revolution is another sign and symbol of the history of the struggle of our people, who will never give up their struggle for the rights of the Kurdish people, nor will they slow down on the unwanted situation imposed on our people.
While the Gulan Revolution was in full swing, the enemies of our people were betting on eradicating the revolution and leaving no hope for the people of Kurdistan, unaware that no nation would tolerate much. The leadership of Kurdistan, in view of the circumstances of the stage and in the light of the instructions of his Excellency Mustafa Barzani and under the leadership of both leaders Idris Barzani and Massoud Barzani, In 1976, the Gulan Revolution took place as a continuation of the Great Aylul Revolution, and the Peshmerga, as it is now, advocated for the sovereignty of the territory of Kurdistan, entering the battlefield and defending the territory and people of Kurdistan.
Commemorating the Gulan Revolution and all the revolutions of the Kurdistan Liberation Movement is a right and proper duty and a tribute to the struggles of dozens of generations of our nation who have dedicated their lives to the freedom of the Kurds and Kurdistan.
It is in his memory that we salute the martyrs of Mustafa Barzani and Idrisi Barzani, and always remember the Peshmerga and all the struggles of our people in general and the Peshmerga and the fighters of the Gulan Revolution. We believe that these pages of the history of the struggle of our people, the work of today, are aimed at reorganizing the Kurdish homeland. Thus to preserve the achievements of our people and for the realization of the eternal dream of Kurdistan we will continue to fight.
