ERBIL — Authorities in Akre district of Duhok province decided on Saturday to isolate an entire neighborhood after a resident was diagnosed with the new coronavirus.

Health department of Akre said the patient had been in contact with many people in Biuk neighborhood, and that the isolation decision was to protect the rest of the residents.

BasNews has learned that police is banning movement in the neighborhood while medical teams have been dispatched for COVID-19 random and precise tests.
