President Barzani Congratualts the staff of Gulan Magazine
"On the occasion of the twenty-seventh publication of the Gulan Mgazine, I send you my warmest congratulation to you." Barzani wrote in a message.
"After 27 years and despite all the bad situations our people and our country are going through, the Gulan Magazine have been able to overcome all of these obstacles and it has been one of the bright names in the Kurdish media so far." the president added.
