Turkish Foreign Minister Arrives in Baghdad
Cavusoglu was received by Iraq’s deputy foreign minister and Turkish ambassador to Iraq at Baghdad International Airport.
He is expected to hold separate meetings with Iraqi president, PM, and parliament speaker while in Baghdad.
Cavusoglu’s trip to Baghdad comes amid tensions between Iran and the US and following Iranian missile strike on US bases a day earlier.
