President Barzani extended his warm congratulations and best wishes to Christian communities in Kurdistan, Iraq, and around the world on the occasion of Easter, which commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Barzani expressed hope that the occasion would further strengthen the values of coexistence, tolerance, and brotherhood among the different religious and ethnic communities in Iraq and the wider region.

He emphasized the importance of peace and security for all communities, noting that Christians, along with other religious and ethnic groups, should continue to live in safety, stability, and mutual respect.

Barzani concluded his message by wishing Christians a joyful and blessed Easter, hoping that the occasion brings happiness, prosperity, and peace to all.
