On the occasion of the fifty-fifth anniversary of the establishment of the Union of Islamic Religious Scholars in Kurdistan, I extend my warmest congratulations and blessings to the President, members of the Executive Office, the Central Council of the Union, and all the esteemed scholars of the noble Islamic faith in Kurdistan.

The establishment of the Union of Islamic Religious Scholars in Kurdistan, upon the recommendation of the immortal Barzani, was a historic step toward consolidating the role of religious scholars in the revolution and struggle of our people. This decision affirmed the status of jurists and leading Kurdish Islamic scholars in spreading national and patriotic awareness, as well as the values of coexistence within society. It also highlighted their role in defending and advancing the just cause of our people at all stages.

On this occasion, I express my best wishes to the Union of Islamic Religious Scholars in Kurdistan and to all the esteemed teachers and scholars for continued success and prosperity. I salute their blessed efforts in carrying out their noble responsibilities.

In conclusion, we ask the Almighty God to guide us and grant us all success in what brings goodness and righteousness, and to bless our deeds and endeavors with success.
