Erbil, Kurdistan Region – President Masoud Barzani made congratulatory phone calls this evening to Ali Tatar, the Governor of Duhok, and Ghohdar Shekho, the Administrator of the Independent Administration of Zakho, following the historic qualification of both Duhok and Zakho football clubs to the final of the Iraq Cup.
