Erbil, Kurdistan Region – A state-of-the-art automotive service industrial community has been inaugurated in Duhok, covering an expansive area of 679,000 square meters with an investment of $62 million.

The project, designed to boost local industry and commerce, features six designated zones, 2,378 industrial units, and 30,000 square meters of green spaces. The infrastructure includes wide 15-meter roads to facilitate smooth traffic flow.

Business owners within the community have praised the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) for the high-quality facilities, stating, “We are very comfortable here, with excellent services, ample greenery, and reliable electricity. The shops are spacious, and the streets are well-maintained.”

In addition to essential utilities, the complex offers 24-hour electricity, a fire suppression system, high-speed internet, a motel, a health center, and a dedicated police station for security.
