Kurdish Inmate Executed in Iran Prison: Monitor
Mustafa Seyfi, 28, was hanged to death after a court found him guilty for involvement in a homicide case, Hengaw Organization for Human Rights said.
Seyfi’s father confirmed that his son was executed after the family of the victim refused to pardon.
