ERBIL - Another patient infected with coronavirus lost her life in Kurdistan Region's Sulaimaniya province on Monday.

BasNews reporter in the area said that the victim was an old woman who died earlier in the evening, without detailing on her identity.

According to the information BasNews has learned, the patient also suffered from other long-term illnesses.

This was the eighth death of COVID-19 in the Kurdistan Region since the outbreak of the novel virus in the region while more than 700 cases have so far been confirmed.
