ERBIL — Iraq’s Health Ministry on Wednesday confirmed the infection of another 30 people with the new coronavirus across the country.

The ministry said in a detailed statement that the 30 new cases include those in Kurdistan Region within the past 24 hours.

It also revealed that two patients died from COVID-19 infection since Tuesday noon, one in Babil and the other in Kirkuk provinces.

Hospitals across the country discharged 14 people today after medical examinations proved their full recovery from the novel virus.
