Iraqi Foreign Minister meets his Pakistani counterpart in Islamabad
On Wednesday, Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein discussed with his Pakistani counterpart, Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi, in Islamabad, the strengthening of relations between the two countries.
"Hussain met Qureshi in Islamabad," the spokesman for the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, Ahmed Al-Sahaf, said in a press statement.
He added, "the two sides discussed ways to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries in issues of common interest."
The statement gave no further details.
