500 kilograms of narcotics seized in Erbil
The Directorate General of Anti-Narcotics of the Security Council of the Kurdistan Region seized more than 500 kilograms of narcotics.
More than 500 kilograms of narcotics were seized by the General Directorate of Drug Enforcement on Monday, in the town of Ankawa in Erbil governorate in four markets and three warehouses.
According to the information, such narcotics include hashish, zarnik and rasas. The price of these drugs is cheap, and the danger of their spread is very high. The detainees are Nepalese, Arabs and Pakistanis.
The drugs came from Baghdad to Kirkuk and then to Erbil through a food company.
