92 kilograms of heroin seized in Erbil
Erbil Anti-narcotics directorate announced that they had seized 92 kilograms of heroin in Erbil on Sunday.
A statement from the administration said, "After a thorough investigation by the officers and staff of the administration, they were able to arrest a drug trafficker who is a Turkish citizen and a resident of Erbil."
The Anti-narcotics directorate also announced that the amount of the drug was 92 kilograms of heroin.
The accused is now under investigation under Article 25 of the Narcotics Act and has been referred to the investigating judge.
