South Africa's Nobel winning writer Nadine Gordimer dies

South African Nobel literature laureate and anti-apartheid activist Nadine Gordimer has died at the age of 90, the family lawyers said on Monday.
"(Gordimer) died peacefully in her sleep at home in Johannesburg on Sunday 13 July, 2014," law firm Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs said in a statement.
