Erbil Technical University, under the patronage of Kurdistan Region's Prime Minister, Masrour Barzani, has unveiled its first-ever Graduates' Exhibition, featuring a distinct slogan, "We won't provide opportunities; perhaps you will create them." This groundbreaking event aims to celebrate the university's top graduates and provide them with a platform to showcase their skills and innovations.

Sarmand Barzanjy, the Executive Director of Erbil Technical University, expressed his excitement regarding this unique exhibition, saying, "Under the banner of 'We won't provide opportunities; perhaps you will create them,' and with the support of Masrour Barzani, the university is launching an exhibition for students and graduates, and this is the first time such an exhibition of this kind has been organized."

The university's departments, known for their excellence, include specialized fields such as Forensic Sciences, Counterfeit Detection, and several other unique programs, setting Erbil Technical University apart as a regional leader in technical education. This year, a new department called "Packaging" was introduced to meet the growing demand for this specialization. Kurdistan is on the path to becoming a significant food supplier, and this department will help facilitate the marketing of local products to the global market.

Mr. Barzanjy emphasized the importance of these departments, stating, "Such departments did not exist in Kurdistan, and now they are vital for the local market."

In addition to showcasing the achievements of its graduates, Erbil Technical University has also reached out to companies to address the crucial issue of job opportunities for university and technical institute graduates. At the graduation ceremony, 50 companies have committed to providing ten job opportunities each. The university will closely monitor these commitments through its dedicated committee to ensure that the companies fulfill their promises, promoting employment opportunities for the region's highly skilled graduates.
