ERBIL - Germany has decided to continue to train the Kurdistan Region's Peshmerga forces as part of the US-led international coalition.

Talking to BasNews, Jabar Yawar, the Secretary General of Peshmerga Ministry, pointed out that they held a meeting within the ministry on Tuesday which was led by the Minister of Peshmerga and attended by several diplomats from coalition members.

During the meeting, officials discussed the ways of providing military trainings to the Peshmerga by the Coalition forces.

Germany said that it would prolong its military training for the Peshmerga forces.
